Matcha (Green Tea)

Kinako
Kinako is known as roasted soybean flour which is commonly used in Japanese cuisine.

Tofu
Tofu is made from soybean.

Anko
Anko (Sweet Red Bean Paste) is very important ingredient for Japanese traditional desserts.
